*Pricing
When you book an appointment, we will give you an estimated price. We will discuss pricing further when you bring your dog into us, as the pricing may change depending on the condition of your dog's coat and the time needed. This means that it could cost slightly less or slightly more than the estimated price.
Appointments
Grooming is by appointment only. Please pop into the store, call us or contact us through our social media to book your appointment. No appointment is needed for a nail-cut; please do pop in!
Prior to Appointment
Prior to your dog's first appointment, we do ask that you fill out a short form sharing contact details, veterinary details, any allergies your dog may have and any other information about your dog. This means that we can ensure the best experience possible.
Products
All shampoos, soap bars and 'doggy deodorants' that we use on your dog are also sold in store, so that you can wash your dog with chemical-free products in between visits.
Timings
Each dog is individual and there is no set time that the groom may take. On arrival, and having discussed what you would like, you will be given an estimated time and contacted around 20 minutes before pick up. Dogs can become over-excitable when seeing their owner, which can hinder the groom.
